That’s the problem with LA and Florida, they are haven’s for God’s garbage. I live in Wisconsin, but I wish I lived up by Hayward, too cold up there for homeless people. The same reason why there are so few homeless eskimos.
100% right. I live in South Florida and everytime you drive you see at least 2 at each fucking major intersection. We have just as many cops sitting around jerkin off too, you think they would maybe help and take them to the shelter or what not.
