For iPhone users: If you’re on an iPhone, press the home button + top button at the same time to take a screen shot, then send it to awkwardmessages@gmail.com or use the form below.

For Blackberry and other smart phones: Search your app store for a free application that takes screen shots, such as Screen Muncher. Search “screen shot” or “screen muncher” and something should come up. Use it to take a screen shot, then send it to awkwardmessages@gmail.com or use the form below.
